19 August 2010...
I was holding 300 Dishman Pharma shares. It shows a bullish trend in the morning. So i decided to sell some of my holdings in Dishman pharma at a profit.I sold 100 Dishman shares for 208 Rs per share. I purchased it at 203.05 per share a few days back.
Dishman was moving up again. So i decided to book profit for another 100 Dishman numbers. So i sold another 100 Dishman shares at 212 Rs per share.I bought it at Rs 208 per share. Its price was again skyrocketing.I think some fundhouses accumulated Dishman today. So i decided to sell all my holdings.I strongly believed that i can buy back it at a later part of the day or within few days at a lower price. So i sold the remaining 100 shares at Rs 217.10 per share.Today its price moved up around 223 Rs pershare.
After the rally it cooled off.So when the price reached at 208.05 Rs pershare i boughtback 100 Dishman shares. When it reached 206.50 Per share, i bought back another 100 Dishman shares.
Then came the role of RIL.Today RIL moved a little bit up after a bearish performance for past several days.So i decided to book some profit.I sold 22 RIL shares at Rs 981 per share.I bought it yesterday at 964.10 pershare.
I also sold 135 Gujnre shares at 61 Rs pershare.I purchased it at 59 Rs per share.Metal stocks were underperforming for last several months.I am still sitting on a big number of Gujnre shares purchased at a higher price.Gujnre is giving dividend of Rs 1 per share by September 2010.
I decided to purchase stocks using the money i got through todays sale. The first choice was Max.I purchased 100 Max shares at 153 Rs pershare.Last week i sold Max above 160 Rs pershare. Also Max will announce its second quarter results soon.
Then i bought 100 RPower at Rs 153.80 pershare.RPower is in a much low price than its issue price...So i decided to purchase it.I am even ready to hold it for long.
The next scrip i puchased today was Wipro.I purchased 50 Wipro shares at Rs 419.40 per share.

Mutual Funds....
For beginners and for those who can’t or don’t have time to track market movements, the better choice is to invest in Mutual funds.
A mutual fund is a professionally managed type of collective investment scheme that pools money from many investors and invests typically in investment securities (stocks, bonds, short-term money market instruments, other mutual funds, other securities, and/or commodities such as precious metals). The mutual fund will have a fund manager that trades (buys and sells) the fund's investments in accordance with the fund's investment objective.
Based on the nature of investment, the funds are broadly classified into Equity, Debt, Balanced, MIP, Liquid, ELSS, ETF, Gilt and Index.
The return and risk is higher in Equity funds, since these funds are investing major portion of the money in stocks.
The Equity funds are mainly categorized as Large cap funds, Mid cap funds and Small cap funds.
18 August 2010.....
But both scrips moved up further...so i missed a chance....but iam not regrecting since it was not a loss.
The after noon rally in the market helps Selan exploration up by around 10% than previous close. So i decided to book profit in that scrip.I sold 25 Selan at 368.50 per share.
By the end of the day i decided to purchase two scrips, one is the heavy weight Reliance and the other one the REI agro. Both the scrips were not participated in the recent rallies of the market. Also iam holding both the scrips purchased at a higher price. So i purchased 22 Ril at 964 Rs per share and 1225 REI agro at 21 Rs pershare.
Today i got 150 Rs after all my expenses.....

13 August 2010...
Buy my decition was not right.Indian hotels moved again to higher level.Among the 490 shares sold, 100 was bought at 96.90.So i got a profit from the 100 shares.Out of the 390 indhotels sold, i decided to buy back 200 at a higher price than sold.So i bought 200 indhotels at 102.80 per share.I think indhotels will correct in the coming days and i can purchase the short 190 shares at a lower price than 100.60.Otherwise if price moves high, i will get profit from the 200 shares iam holding.....
I sold Maruti 20 nos at 1240 pershare at profit.
I sold Marico 100 nos at 120.70 per share and bought back same nos in the day itself at 118.70 per share, with a profit of Rs 150 after all expenses.
I sold IFCI 150 nos at 59.90 pershare, without any profit or loss.
I exited all my Max shares at a price around 164 rs pershare with profit last week.Today Max seems to reach a support level.Max was correcting to around 150 Rs and returned several times in past few weeks. So i bought 195 MAX shares at 155.50 Rs pershare.
I also exited Sterliteindustries at Rs 170 per share.I had 380 sterliteind.Today Sterlite corrected about 4%.So i purchased 200 Sterlite at Rs 162.50 pershare. If further corrects, i will buy the remaining 180 at another lower level.Otherwise if bounce back to earlier levels, i will book profit.
Today also i got 300 Rs profit after all the expenses...
See again on Monday.....after our Independence day.......
My biggest loss in share market.....
At last i exited from the stock by lossing 75% of my money i used to purchase that stock....
My advice to beginners...
1. Day traiding(Buying stocks by paying margin money or selling stocks which is not present in our account will
only make loss. Some days we may gain something, which inspire us for doing daytrading. But the loss due to
day trading will be manytimes more than the gain.If you are holding stocks which is in a profit position, then
you can exit in the day and can buyback it in the same day if a market correction occurs or a correction occurs
in the same stock. If we can't buy back it in the same day we don't have to worry, since we already got some
profit. But we will get an opportunity to bought it in the nearfuture at a reduced price.
2. Purchase only good quality company shares.
3. Accumulate same shares when correction occures in the price of the shares we purchased.
4. Invest in shares of different sectors.
5. Never borrow money for share trading.Use only a portion of our savings to buy shares.
6. If we don't have time fo watch market, better purchase mutual funds than shares.
12 August 2010...
lost when the market started in a weak mode.
But my Goldbees helped me.Eventhough i bought 10 goldbees @ 1790 Rs per share, i decided to exit it for the time being since it reached 1800 Rs per share.I sold 10 Goldbees for 1800 Rs pershare.Dishman pharma also helped me for the day.In my curent holdings the only other scrip in profit was Dishman pharma.I sold 100 dishman for 210.30 /share.I was thinking to squareoff it the same day itself if it reach 206 Rs.But my expectation didn't reached. But near the end of the session i squared off at 208.30 per share.
Iam sitting in a short position for SAIL which was purchased around 226 Rs pershare.I had 240 SAIL shares sold for loss at 205 Rs per share. So i boughtback 50 SAIL today at 193.30 per share.I have 190 SAIL short positions.
GUJNRE coke is another share which iam holding.I bought it arounnd 75 Rs pershare. So today i purchased another 135 Gujnre shares at 59 Rs pershare.
At the end of the day my profit from trading is Rs 150 from dishman pharma daytrade.(After all the expenses).Goldbees gain wiped out against its stt, brockerage etc.
Today i expected nothing....but i got 150 Rs....
